This is the second one we have brought in 2 years. Unfortunately the cable went right be the unit. Apart from that it's really good as in lightweight, easily moved about. Powerful enough to pick up all our animal fur and cat litter, we have 4 cats and a dog. A good all round product for the price

You can't beat a VAX in my opinion,they're a cracking product , they're tough,easy to handle &clean ,the filter is also simple to clean+wall wash without any issues. If a home has animals Vax are superb for hairs whether long or short +they come with ample attachments &this Vac l even has a swivel head so gets around corners in the home &under furniture easily l love it&it's light so ideal for arthritis handlers.l only bought it to replace my 12yr old Vax that was still working but was looking worse for wear so it's now in the garage to vac the vehicles

Don't buy this hoover!
I got this hoover because my Henry died. I wanted something powerful because I have dogs. This hoover isn't good at all!! Way too heavy, too big so can't hoover under beds, the little tube to hoover corners is so short you can't get to anything. I wish I'd never got this one! I'm pretty sure all the reviews are robots because no one who hoover regularly would find this one any good

It should be fairly easy to empty the Vax Air Lift Steerable Max Pet Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner, you just need to do the following:
1. Press the dirt container release buttons located the side of the carry handle.
2. Pull and remove the dirt container off the vacuum cleaner.
3. Hold the dirt container over a bin, press the dirt release button to open and allow the dirt to fall out.
