Happy with it.
It is very chunky and hard to drive. It was one of the cheaper ones with best reviews. It does the job. The cord is long enough to vacuum my flat without having to unplug it. It is powerful. It is noisy but I don’t mind that. I use it when everyone is up. It gets all the hair tangled in the roller, so make sure you remove all the hair after every use.

Ease of use
I brought this last year and was pleased with the lightness and ease of use of the vacuum cleaner. As, an older member of society the ability to detach cleaner to use on smaller jobs was a boon.Not having to lug the whole thing up and down stairs saved a lot of effort.

I bought this product about a month ago as my other hoover wasnt picking up the cat hair and omg its perfect for getting all the hair out of my carpet and came with attachments so i can hoover my couch and get into wee corners!

Best vacuum I've ever used
I bought this to replace a John Lewis vacuum which had a small bag, this meant I was always having to replace the bag as I have lots of carpets. I love the fact I can just empty my vacuum whenever I feel like it and be able to see when it's full. The cleaning is amazing! I hoovered my living room 2 days after using my old cleaner and got loads of hair and dust that my old one missed! It is a little noisy but not a lot, it is a little heavy but not a lot. The detachable section is good for the stairs and easy to put on and off. The only thing I have found is that it doesn't fit to hoover under the bed ( which is quite high) so I have to detach the middle section and use the hose with the extension arm and a cleaning head. This works fine. I have also found the power consumption is really high, same as boiling the kettle so it's a good job I can vacuum a room so quickly!

Pet model so picks up hair easier.
Bought the pet model vacuum to replace an old one. Had vacced thr rug the day before so didn't think there would be much to pick up but was so wrong. Couldn't believe what my old (supposedly top model) had left behind. Excellent.

It should be fairly easy to empty the Vax Air Lift Steerable Max Pet Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner, you just need to do the following:
1. Press the dirt container release buttons located the side of the carry handle.
2. Pull and remove the dirt container off the vacuum cleaner.
3. Hold the dirt container over a bin, press the dirt release button to open and allow the dirt to fall out.
