Love this vacuum cleaner.
I love this vacuum cleaner. It's does what it should, it sucks, attacks pet hair and is easily separated from the main push along section. I'm really pleased with it and recommend it while heartedly. Iit is also very easy to clean. This is the upgraded version of the one I had previously which was a work horse.

If you're looking for an excellent upright vacuum cleaner then this is the one, it's value for money it has powerful suction especially for stubborn pet hair, a long lead, fabulous to be able to detach from stand and use on the stairs, tricky to get to areas and really good for the car. 😊

Good vacuum if a little ‘faffy’
Bought this to replace an old Shark vacuum which burned out. This Vax is quite powerful and has a much longer cable which is useful and so far has good suction power apart from on a hard floor where we have to switch to the wand attachment to get much better results. Another downside is it’s quite faffy to change from upright to using the attachments and is quite tricky to remove the wand and connect the hose then back again, but works fine for now! It was a fraction of the price of the Shark so worth the money.

Great for per owners
This is the third one I've purchased. I have a lot of cats so it takes a battering. As long as you clean the filter then the vacuum should last. The suction is excellent and I like the long nozzle for cobwebs or getting into tight spaces. I can detach the body, so it can easily be used to clean the stairs, without lugging the whole upright up each step. If you have pets, it's a must. You don't need to spend more.

It should be fairly easy to empty the Vax Air Lift Steerable Max Pet Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner, you just need to do the following:
1. Press the dirt container release buttons located the side of the carry handle.
2. Pull and remove the dirt container off the vacuum cleaner.
3. Hold the dirt container over a bin, press the dirt release button to open and allow the dirt to fall out.
