The dumbbells are perfect to perform a range of exercises including hammer and bicep curls and tricep extensions to work on your upper arms and lateral, side and rear raises with shoulder presses to build stronger shoulders. I bought these about 3 weeks ago - great value for money. Only slight downside is the grips on the dumbbell bars are quite spikey but tbf i tend to exercise with fingerless training gloves on so not a big deal. Really pleased with them 👍.

Really enjoying weight training with these, really sturdy once fastened. The grip is a little uncomfortable but it’s fine. Easy to change the weight, although find it a bit slow if you’re following a video that requires you to switch between different weights it can be annoying. But overall would recommend them.

I can advise that the total weigh of the Opti Vinyl Dumbbell Set - 20kg is 20kg. That is 10kg per bar and can be adjusted so that the minimum weight on each bar is 2.5kg, so you can start at the lowest option and work up from there. If you experience pain while using this product, please speak to your GP.

I think it should be as the bars that come with the set seem to be a standard size, worst case scenario you can return them, sorry I couldn't be more helpful
From reading the description you can add four of the 2.5kg plates to the bar, which would give you 10kg, but not forgetting it states that the bar itself weighs 2kg, giving you 12kg altogether.
