Strengthen and tone your body with this 18-piece Opti Vinyl Dumbbell Set. With its spinlock system, easily adjust the weights from 0 to 20kg in an instant. Including rubber grips for stability, it's ideal for both beginners and experts. It's a full-on, full work out, at-home, gym.
The dumbbells are perfect to perform a range of exercises including hammer and bicep curls and tricep extensions to work on your upper arms and lateral, side and rear raises with shoulder presses to build stronger shoulders. Target your legs by adding weight to lunges or squats to increase your strength and enhance your balance.

These are great for versatile workouts or wanting to increase strength. I thought they’d be uncomfortable as I’ve only used silicone covered weights but they’re actually okay! They do loosen off sometimes but I tighten them at the beginning of every workout and they last! Great value for money! I’d have spent triple get the little silicone dumbells in the same weight stages. Highly recommend :)

I can advise that the total weigh of the Opti Vinyl Dumbbell Set - 20kg is 20kg. That is 10kg per bar and can be adjusted so that the minimum weight on each bar is 2.5kg, so you can start at the lowest option and work up from there. I think it should be as the bars that come with the set seem to be a standard size, worst case scenario you can return them, sorry I couldn't be more helpful
From reading the description you can add four of the 2.5kg plates to the bar, which would give you 10kg, but not forgetting it states that the bar itself weighs 2kg, giving you 12kg altogether.
