Good value for money TV
Bought as a replacement for broken JVC. Much lighter in weight for same size screen. We don't have WiFi, or internet so just using Freeview through the aerial. All good so far.

I bought this TV to replace an old one. Picture is clear and very much like looking at the real thing especially tiny flowers details are amazing. The sounds are amazing no bass or crackling. Highly recommend and was bought in the sale well worth the money. Best purchase ever!

Jump through hoops
Great TV but the absolute circus I had to go through to get it was ridiculous. Broken TV delivered for wife’s birthday. Arranged collection. Nobody came. Wasted a whole day. Told by chat agent that they don’t actually collect from my address. Asked to bring TV to store and he had ‘added notes’ to the order. Went to store. No notes. Manager could deal with it because there was now 3 order numbers that had ‘migrated.’ I’m just standing there like ‘I don’t care 🤷♂️ I just want the refund.’ Took about 40 minutes to sort. Had to drive 18 miles to it the store. Pure melt-a-thon.

From the product details I have, Freely does not appear to need Fire TV to work: the description says "All you need is WiFi -stream live and on-demand TV with Freely" and "Just press the Freely button on your remote control", while Fire TV is listed separately as the operating system.
