Smart and functional
Easy to use. Doesn’t look or feel cheap like some toasters do lately. Black colouring is very smart - looks great in my new kitchen!

Awful product
Burns the bread or does nothing depending on the setting used. Nothing good about this toaster.

Poor performance
Bought to match the Murphy Richard’s kettle .Modern looking toaster but slow to toast . Does not brown evenly and not enough depth for stardard slice of toast so have one end of bread I toasted . Have had cheaper toasters that perform much better .

Worst toaster we’ve ever owned
Absolutely hate this toaster, never owned a worse one. It feels cheap and tinny, never toasts evenly. I didn’t expect this quality from Morphy Richards, and it was not cheap.

Design fault - burns edges of everything
I've tried toasting different kinds of bread and different thicknesses, but this toaster burns the edges of every slice even when th centre of the toast is barely toasted at all. It even sets off the smoke alarm in my kitchen and I've never used it higher than the 3 - 4 setting (the max setting is 7) and never had a piece of toast that was nicely browned in the centre of the slice. Now I've check other reviews, I see the same fault being reported, which must mean it's a design fault rather than a one-off problem with my purchase.

Looks great - Burns everything.
I bought my wife the toaster and kettle set for Xmas - I know right she's a lucky lady... I got telescopic oven rails - we had a blinding Xmas this year living the dream! This toaster looks great but burns stuff. Level 1 burns stuff, Level 2 burns stuff, Level 3 burns stuff, not dared go higher/longer! Product looks fantastic, it just does not work properly. No doubt there will be a response about breadcrumbs or overuse or some other such guff from the office junior tasked with cleaning up the 1 star reviews ( Nothing higher than 1 star on here - just saying)

Rubbish!
Awful toaster. The lever to lower the bread into toaster won’t stay down. We’ve resorted to using a pencil to wedge the lever down. Since it was an expensive toaster we expected a quality product but this isn’t!

Dreadful toaster
My son bought me this toaster as a Christmas present. From the get go it was extremely disappointing but because it was a present I didn’t return it. It does not toast evenly, it has burned so many slices of bread. It has 7 browning points on it but it toasts from pale to black between just 2 and 3! Definitely the worst toaster I’ve ever owned and to top it all the paddle to lower the bread in to the toaster has today snapped off.
