Our supplier says " It is advised that since it is a baby casting, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough of the clay mixture to cover the hand of a 7-year-old child. We would recommend that you buy another one of the frames to ensure that there is enough of the mixture for both the children. "

The size of each frame is approximately 4x7". There should be enough to do one hand and one foot but it would depend on the size of the one year old as the Bambino Baby 3 Window Frame & Hand Mould is designed for new borns.
