Nice features for a cheap TV
Very nice TV, has good contrast and brightness so I can finally watch TV with the blinds open. Colours are much more vibrant and clearer than my old TV which is a bonus. 4k 120hz is nice to see at this price point. Google tv is great due to the high amount of apps available and as I already use a Google phone they work well together. The stand doesn't seem stable so I'm glad I'm not using it, much lighter than I thought which is a nice surprise.

Amazing Bang-For-Buck TV!
Took a chance on the 50" TCL C7K after reading so many good reviews and it's turned out to be brilliant for the price! Picture needs tweaking out of the box - I googled the best settings but the picture can get incredibly bright and vivid. Standard definition (broadcast television) looks okay, if a little bit fuzzy, but to get a better picture you'll want a Sony for nearly £800 or more. HD broadcasts in 720p upwards look great, 1080p blu-rays and 4K look amazing. My Switch 2 looks great on this: the HDR on Mario Kart World really pops! The speakers are decent as well for normal viewing - sadly the 50" doesn't have the B&O sub woofers on the back, those only come with the 55" and up. The Google TV menu is snappy and responsive. There's a reason What Hi-Fi rated this model so highly - it's a 2025 model and not being carried over to 2026 (there's no 50" equivalent, anyway) so grab it while it's around!

Nice TV spoiled by ads, subscriptions and offers
Nice TV and bought at a good price, but it continuously tried to sell things to me. It highlights films and tv on apps that aren't installed, or on subscription services I don't subscribe to, and on services I don't use. It occasionally has 'sponsored content' on the home screen as well. If you can get past the fact it endlessly tried to sell you things, then its well worth it but I personally wanted a TV and not a shop.

Awesome for gaming and movie nights and a great tv
I bought this to go with my PS5 Pro and the picture quality and brightness absolutely blew me away. If you are looking for a 120 hz vrr 4k TV that works perfectly with a current gen consoles I would strongly recommend buying this, you will noregret it.

Great value and same day delivery!
After reading a million reviews, I decided on this TV as the best under £500 but now I cant wait to get it. Some retaillers give no definitive delivery date, others are several days and they still charge, but then I found Argos offering it slightly cheaper and no delivery fee. You can even use klarna to spread payments at no extra fee. Setup was a breeze, picture quality is probably better than my £1000 sony TV and it hooks up to my WiFi using optical out for perfect sound.It also comes with a 2 year warranty which pretty sure my Sony didn't. No adverts on startup like I've heard hisense have introduced and it supports every app I use from prime, Netflix, apple and amazon so I definitely recommend it without reservation.
