About this product

Ecobase Fastfit Shed Base kits are designed to provide a firm, long-lasting base on which to install a garden building. Each kit consists of strong, recycled plastic grids that click together and a sheet of weed-resistant membrane. Ecobase grids are a lot lighter and easier to handle than paving flags and less messy and much quicker than laying a wet-mix concrete slab. Rainwater drains through the grid cavities, keeping the floor bearers dry and ventilated. Ecobase Fastfit Shed Base kits are suitable for most garden buildings.

The Ecobase Fastfit grids' honeycomb structure does not allow rainwater to get trapped between the grids and the floor bearers of the building. This means your building will last longer as the floor timbers are kept dry and ventilated.

Each Ecobase Fastfit grid can support over 60 tonnes of weight, even when empty.

Lightweight but tough. Easy to handle and manoeuvre into position.

The small print

All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
