I went with the measurement guide on the website and ordered a medium, however, this was too tight. so I returned it and got a large which seems to fit OK. I was very impressed with the prompt response and replacement

Our supports are not suitable for use in water as this can cause damage to the fibres of the support, leading them to become misshapen and unfit for use.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Neo G Airflow Calf Support - Medium: ''our supports do not feature any UV protection and should not be relied upon to provide this. We do not recommend using creams, gels, ointments etc with our supports and therefore it may be that the support is not suitable for the individual’s needs.''
