Excellent for me but a couple of caveats
Having read other reviews I found some of the criticisms were true. The jack plug is indeed the three-stage model rather than the two-stage example shown in the illustration. Fortunately it was still compatible with my mobile phone so not a problem for me. Also, someone pointed out that the plastic earpieces were missing from the buds they had bought. I thought this was the case for me too, but I found them in a small blue sachet I had mistaken for dessicant! I wonder whether the other reviewer had been misled the same way.
