A bit disappointing
The hoover is ok but I was expecting more. There is not an extra long hose but attachments - which make it only slightly longer than my original henry hoover. The attachments keep falling off when in use, and I need to quickly reassemble. The original henry hoover and attachments also seemed sturdier. The suction is good, and I bought this with25% off due to an Argos promotion, which I was glad of, but tbh I was expecting more from this product.

Wife's in love with Henry
After a couple of expensive Dyson cleaners which haven't met our expectations, we opted for a Henry, which we had road tested and were quite impressed with. No gimmicks just a basic but efficient cleaner. We bought the Reach one as the hoses reached the entire length of our staircase, so no balancing a cleaner halfway up! So, very pleased with our purchase.

Durability Top-notch
We got this 5 months ago, still durable and working perfectly. Only I have issue with its size not being compact or slim, heavy to carry and suction not strong enough. Has a lot of different heads to switch to for different cleaning space. Has one extra bag to change after a while. But as everyone know if you need something durable and long lasting, henry is your friend. Though I expect the brand to work on making it more user friendly.

Great for Stairs
Wish I knew this Henry existed before. It is amazing for stairs but also powerful for all the other vacuum jobs too. The wand and additional extending rod are a fabulous bonus. I love that the Henry is a bit more compact and a little lighter than the normal Henry but it’s just as powerful in its suction. Highly recommend!

The Henry Reach Corded Bagged Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner Model No HRR 160-11 does have a longer reach than the Henry Bagged Corded Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner - Red Model No. HVR 160-11. The noise level and power usage per year are identical. The model numbers suggest that it is just the reach that is different as all accessories are the same as well..
