About this product
The Argos Home Mia Mid Sleeper maximises space in your little one's bedroom and keeps homework, crafts and storage within easy reach. It's a single bed raised off the floor, with a pull-out desk and shelves underneath providing a study spot without needing a separate room. The solid pine frame with high protective sides keeps things safe when climbing in and out. A sturdy ladder can be positioned on either side to suit your room layout. The white finish with cut-out hearts and bevelled edges adds a charming touch that suits most bedroom styles.
The bed includes a Habitat Kids Rae Comfort mattress with an open coil design that provides firm support for growing children. Soft fibre filling adds cushioning, while a soft anti-allergy cover helps prevent dust mites and skin irritations. The ladder's easy to use, and the high sides mean there's no worry about rolling out during the night. Wall-mounting is required for stability, all fixings included. It's suitable for ages six and over, with a maximum user weight of 120kg. Self-assembly required, two people recommended for setup.

Lovely bed and as described
We bought this bed a few weeks ago and my 5 years old really loves it . She likes the bed but the space under as well is perfect for a den or a cosy space to play .

Perfect mid sleeper
We bought this for our granddaughter and it is exactly what we were looking for. It is excellent quality, strong and stable. We bought the mattress with it. Easy to build it took my husband a couple of hours. Leaves plenty space to play. The desk slides out easily. The ladder has rounded edges, the cut out hearts are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Hello Sam. I have taken a look at the instructions for building the Habitat Mia Mid Sleeper, Desk and Kids Mattress. The bed is fixed to the wall with two brackets that are affixed to the legs closest to the wall.

The supplier has advised the following for the Kids Mia Mid Sleeper, Desk and Kids Mattress - White.
- Height from floor to top of the curved end panel (both headboard and footboard): 116.8cm
- Height from floor to top of the front panel (with 3 hearts on): 110.8cm
- Height from floor to top of the corner posts: 111.3cm

"No, the pull out desk, does not need to be fully extended to be used.
But there won´t be much space for a chair beside it with only 60cm of free space."

The pull-out desk rail is attached to the leg in one side with a short screw, while the other rail is attached into the edge of the bedside rail for slats with a long screw, as shown on instruction.
Important that the pull-out desk rails/guide lists ends are flush with the bedside rails.
The desk can be positioned left or right side of the bed. Therefore, are there no predrilled holes.

I bought this for my daughter who is 10 years old and 145cm tall and I have had no complaints. Very stable and I have not secured it to the wall. Excellent bed if space is limited.
