About this product
Our Brooklyn day bed is made from MDF, with chunky top rails and a sturdy frame. It's the perfect sofa by day for reading and playing, then there's a trundle bed underneath which can be pulled out for sleepovers in the evening.
To complete the room, we've got a coordinating Brooklyn furniture range that includes drawers, a desk, a bedside table, and a choice of 2 wardrobes.

Bed is great, all fitted in one box which was very heavy. I took it apart downstairs before carrying it upstairs one piece at a time. Kids love it, the trundle is very convenient. It pulls out straight and can be used separately on the other side of the room. Great value all round 👏

Solid build and easy to put together, the trundle is easy to use, the whole thing is a secure bed for a happy kid. Trundle rolls out silently and easily on our carpet. There is no gap under the trundle so beware it wouldn't roll out easily over a rug.

The trundle bed doesn’t need to be pulled fully out to be used. A part of it can stay under the bed while it’s being used. (It just means that there will be a bit less space / mattress to sleep on when not fully pulled out, so you’d need to consider this when it comes to the comfort of the user).

“ Yes, the Brooklyn daybed with trundle, can be used with a heavier adult mattress without any problems and without a mattress on the trundle.
The daybed can easily carry 120 kg. The better-quality mattress, the more weight the bed can carry, as the persons weight will be more evenly spread out on the slats. The trundle can of course be used as storage to store duvet and pillows. ”
