Slimline, lightweight support featuring Multi Zone Compression which helps relieve symptoms of strains, sprains & instability, supporting injured, weak or arthritic knees. Available in 4 sizes for best fit.

I'm sorry but this only goes up to 18.9" for the XL version of this. You would need to seek an alternative product.

This isn't able to suit a 21" knee circumference. We don't currently stock one without the cut out that will be suitable.

"Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do not use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight."

This knee support is designed to relieve symptoms of strains, sprains & instability, supporting injured, weak or arthritic knees.
As far as jogging is concerned we would advise you to consult your GP/Physio if you have a medical condition/injury as he/she would be best placed to advise you on this
