This is a replacement for my first airflow support elbow that I've been using for the last year. This is an excellent product if you've had tennis elbow and want to try to reduce the chances of a repeat injury

I bought this for a tennis elbow type injury caused by an accident. My arm was between the medium and large size guide but went smaller so it would offer reasonable compression. The weave and elastic are good and it offers medium support and good compression. The fabric started to “bobble” after about 5 days use at work which isn’t great but hasn’t affected its performance. It’s seen about 20 working days use now and still does the job.

"Where a customer’s measurement is on the border between two sizes we would always recommend choosing the larger of the two to avoid the possibility of the support being too tight and restricting blood flow."

I only used mine for everyday use not for sporting activities, but I don't see why this wouldn't be of use for that

The sizing guide is on the 2nd photo down on the left hand side of the website screen, but as it's quite small I am listing it here for you:
small is 21-24cm
medium is 24-27cm
large is 27-30cm
extra large is 30-33cm
They are all measured around the elbow.
