Does a pretty good job overall.
I bought this support to combat my tennis elbow. It gives relief most of the time, but lengthy spells of wearing it makes it feel tighter and exacerbates the pain. Its better than no support at all though and i would buy it again if necessary.

This is a replacement for my first airflow support elbow that I've been using for the last year. This is an excellent product if you've had tennis elbow and want to try to reduce the chances of a repeat injury

"Where a customer’s measurement is on the border between two sizes we would always recommend choosing the larger of the two to avoid the possibility of the support being too tight and restricting blood flow."

I only used mine for everyday use not for sporting activities, but I don't see why this wouldn't be of use for that

The sizing guide is on the 2nd photo down on the left hand side of the website screen, but as it's quite small I am listing it here for you:
small is 21-24cm
medium is 24-27cm
large is 27-30cm
extra large is 30-33cm
They are all measured around the elbow.
