I bought this two weeks ago and I really regret it because it has no suction at all and only wets the carpet, neither does it clean nor does it collect water. I wanted to return it, but the company refused to take it back and I am not satisfied at all.

Cleaned up a puppy poonami incredibly effectively
My dog had a very upset stomach... very upset... all over my brand new sofa. I mean all over. It was liquid, rancid poo. Everywhere. Anyway, this was fantastic and the best purchase I could have made. Sofa looked good as new and took a couple of goes over to get the liquid/smell out of it but you'd not know. As good as new once it had dried.

Ok machine
I brought this a couple weeks ago now and have used it a few times it is a very good machine and cleans the carpets well however hair does get sucked in and then falls back out in wet clumps that leave more marks on the carpet that you then have to wash over again. It’s also hard to clean the brush parts but isn’t impossible

Nice easy machine to use
My carpets came up really clean. I was not so impressed with the hand product on the stairs but I did swap for another cleaning liquid and it worked much better.

Good small machine but difficult to clean after.
Good little machine, easy to use and lightweight. Suction was ok but not great, carpet still quute wet rather than just damp. Downside was cleaning machine afterwards. Tank was easy to empty but cleaning base and rollers/brushes was difficult & fiddley having to undo 8 screws to release and clean brushes. Took longer to clean machine than to clean carpet!! Not used additionsl tools yet.

In order to keep your unit functioning properly and to prevent any odours building up, it is best to rinse out your dirty water tank with fresh water after each use.

If using the on-board wash tool with the Vax Dual Power Pet Advance Upright Carpet Cleaner, this is suitable for cleaning upholstery, especially as a spot cleaner. You have to be more careful with mattresses, especially those containing memory foam as the foam may absorb excess moisture and be difficult to dry.
