This is a replacement for my first airflow support elbow that I've been using for the last year. This is an excellent product if you've had tennis elbow and want to try to reduce the chances of a repeat injury

Good fitting item and not too tight so is comfortable to wear.

Didn't help much with my Arthritis.
Virtually no difference between wearing it and not wearing it as far as my arthritis was concerned. The material tends to "bobble" quite a bit - had to use a bobble shaver to remove them. Overall, expensive and a waste of time.
