If you are thinking about getting this then you should definitely get this without thinking twice. It has good capacity to meal prep and the dough kneading tool is also phenomenal. It Won’t occupy a lot of space in your kitchen but does all the job perfectly very ergonomic. It can slice in so many different ways with precision and consistency.

Very Disappointing Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is made of cheap -looking plastic materials - base, bowl and most of the accessories. Ugly design overall clumsy rotator dial . Worst of all, the accompanying instructions are practically useless, printed on very flimsy grey paper they are scanty and confusing, relying on myriad very small and unclear and diagrams with scarcely any written information in English ( or any other languages). Hugely disappointing for a Bosch product.

The blades on the Bosch MCM3501MGB MultiTalent 3 Food Processor are removable from their respective holders/jugs for washing.
For the main universal blade in the food processor bowl:
You must first remove the tool holder (with the blade attached) from the bowl after use.
The blade then detaches from the tool holder, allowing you to wash both parts separately.
For the blade insert in the blender or universal cutter jug:
The entire jug assembly is removed from the base unit.
The blade insert can then be loosened by turning it clockwise and removed from the bottom of the jug for cleaning.
All detachable parts, including the blades, are dishwasher-safe, though it is often recommended to clean the blade insert under running water with a brush to ensure thorough cleaning and prevent dulling. Be sure to handle the blades with care due to their sharpness. The main base unit should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
