Great earphones
Excellent sound quality and comfortable to wear without them falling out. The noise cancelling is impeccable compared with others of a similar price point. And connecting to different devices was very simple

They stay!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these with my new phone, not expecting them to fit properly (I've had in ear buds before and couldn't get on with them). However I've been pleasantly surprised with these - they stay in and the sound is great!

Really good noise cancelling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I treated myself to these new earbuds. They are so comfortable and the sound is fantastic. But for me the best feature is the noise cancellation actually works.

Great upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for a few years now and it was due an upgrade. The Buds 4 Pro are such a great improvement, they feel comfier in my ears and have a greatly improved anc mode which makes it amazing during my commute. I also like the touch sliders on the stem which make it more tactile to operate compared to the 2s. All in all, 100% recommend!

Disappointing Upgrade from Buds 3 Pro: Better Soun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointing Upgrade from Buds 3 Pro – Better Sound, but Compromised Usability I previously used the Buds 3 Pro and bought the Buds 4 Pro expecting a solid upgrade, but honestly, I’m quite disappointed 😞 Controls & Usability The biggest drawback is the shift to hard buttons on the Buds 4 Pro. Basic actions like changing music, pausing, or replaying tracks feel awkward and inconsistent compared to the soft touch controls on the Buds 3 Pro. The earlier model had smooth, responsive touch feedback, whereas here the interaction feels stiff and less intuitive. Volume control is also a downgrade. Adjusting volume isn’t as fluid or reliable as before, which affects everyday usability. Voice Features (Still Missing) Samsung still hasn’t added proper voice control features. There’s no seamless way to change tracks, answer or end calls, or pause music using voice commands directly through the buds. For a newer model, this feels like a missed opportunity and something I expected to be improved. Sound Quality & Noise Cancellation On the positive side, sound clarity is noticeably better than the Buds 3 Pro, with cleaner and more defined audio. However, active noise cancellation (ANC) feels almost the same as the previous generation—good, but not a real upgrade. It still blocks out general background noise effectively, but there’s no major improvement in handling louder or more dynamic environments. The addition of features like siren detection is useful and adds a layer of awareness, which is a nice touch. Battery Life & Charging Battery performance is solid and one of the better aspects of the Buds 4 Pro. It comfortably lasts through long listening sessions without frequent charging. Charging is more versatile now—you can use wireless charging and even charge it with a Samsung watch charger, which is a convenient upgrade over the Buds 3 Pro. Overall, battery reliability and flexibility are definite positives. Connectivity Connectivity has been very reliable in my experience. I haven’t faced any dropouts or pairing issues, and the connection remains stable during regular use, including workouts and outdoor use. This consistency is a strong point. Comfort & Fit Comfort is similar to the Buds 3 Pro. They sit well in the ears, but it largely depends on the ear tips you choose. With the right fit, they’re comfortable for extended use. Gym Use & Sweat Issues I use them regularly at the gym, and unfortunately, the same sweat-related issues remain. The ear tips still need to be dried before placing them back in the case. It would be great if Samsung introduced better moisture handling, similar to their watches, which can function even with some water exposure. Case Design The case design is less practical this time. It’s bigger than the Buds 3 Pro and uses a horizontal opening instead of a vertical one. When you’re in a hurry or trying to store them quickly in a tight space, the horizontal layout combined with magnetic alignment makes it less convenient. Future Feature Suggestion One feature I would really like to see is smarter real-world awareness. For example, if the buds are connected to maps, they could give alerts like “traffic lights ahead, please look around.” This kind of integration would make them much more useful and safer in daily life. Final Verdict Overall, while the Buds 4 Pro bring improvements in sound clarity, battery life, and charging options, they fall short in usability and innovation. It feels like a mix of small upgrades and frustrating downgrades rather than a true step forward from the Buds 3 Pro.

The Best Samsung Buds Yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Samsung earbuds are, in my opinion, the most refined in terms of appearance, aesthetics, and sound quality that I have experienced. As a previous owner of the Buds+, Pro, Live, 2 Pro, and Buds FE, I have observed some distinct enhancements from earlier models. The transparent case is a thoughtful addition, offering the convenience of instantly verifying if both earbuds are present. Moreover, the design of the earbuds themselves provides the most secure fit among all previous versions, comparable to the Buds Live, in terms of how firmly they stay in place during wear. Sound isolation has improved, even without active noise cancellation, which may be attributed to the new ear tips featuring a rigid plastic interior that clips securely. Regarding active noise cancellation, I perceive a slight improvement over the Buds 2 Pro, though not a substantial one. However, the most significant improvement for me lies in the sound quality. The bass is exceptionally rich and delivers a powerful thump, while the high and mid-range frequencies remain distinct and well-defined. This was an area of concern in previous Buds, but it has now been resolved. These are, without a doubt, the finest earbuds available, particularly if you are integrated into the Samsung ecosystem.
