After having apple air pod pro these take it to a new level, the amount of technology that is within the app is outstanding. A fantastic product, would definitely recommend. When listening to loud music as soon as someone speaks the music drops off without having to remove the bud!

Great Premium Product building on the 3 pros

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived swiftly, well packaged and were in premium packaging. Comfort, volume, sound quality and integration into my Samsung ecosystem are amazing. Battery life great and they just work without any pairing hassle etc. Call quality and external noise supression when on Teams calls are great on these 4Pros and I cannot fault them. If you want a great pair of headphones, use Android like I do and are looking for a premium product then these are that.

Unreal sound

They dont slip out at all remain snug even during exercise and they look very good The sound is amazing , the treble as samsung have noted is a massive improvement and paired with the new ANC and microphone which blocks out excess sounds makes this a top tier pair. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is from my son as he was able to do a fair comparison and trial out. Ive used the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro quite a lot recently . I took them away on holiday with me and they really helped as I rely upon external devices/gadgets to get me through my day and in extension my life as I am Autistic. I have owned the previous 2 models (2 pro & 3 pro) so I used them as baselines for the 4 Pro. From the get go the case they are housed in is amazing small, light and compact. This was a huge improvement from previous models, especially being a fully opening lid instead of a small flip top. This made accessing them a breeze and they seemed to fit into their dedicated charging positions much better. I am a Samsung devices user so when it came to connecting them to my devices this was an easy task. They connected straight away and had a nice walk through of simple instructions/settings. Without adjusting any settings the the Buds sounded great and the fitting was comfortable. Once I went through the setting and tailored them to myself, they were on a complete different level, the sound, the ease of use, the confidence. Being Autistic i look for comfort as well as features to help me cope with life. The sound cancelling made me feel comfortable and helped me feel safe as I was in control of exactly what I could hear and also helped with situations around me while out and about I would highly recommend these Buds to anyone, especially those with additional needs. Decent Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a massive upgrade in design over the previous buds 3 pro, although I do like the design of the previous model more, these are a LOT more comfortable. They do not dig into your ear and can easily be worn all day with comfort. Top notch sound qualify once again from Samsung, can't fault it there. I've taken a star away only because of the battery life - no improvement what to ever compared the previous model which is a bit of shame since other brands can do it.. Active noise cancelling is also great - I wear them to a loud gym and can't hear anything else apart from my music.

Not Bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly the large outer brown size box it came in was overkill. The pods were presented in a nice box and sealed well. The case itself is nice but a little large to be pocket freindly with a clear top opening case i can see this getting damaged or worn easily, there is no charging cable and maybe that is an expectation but additional cost if you don't have one! Fitment into ear is comfortable and sound OK, however you do have to fiddle with the settings, and if you have Spotify you will have to choose lossless, the feel of them are premium, but at hefty full price is it worth it, I am not sure, as I have had cheaper ones that sound amazing also, hence 4 star

Great ANC, sound quality and in ear fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro really offer an impressive sound quality as well as fit comfortably in ear. The Buds 4 Pro come in a nice rechargeable charging case with a clear tinted lid. The case can be charged wirelessly or via usb c cable. What is also nice is that you can charge the case wirelessly via your Samsung S26 Ultra wireless power sharing which I have done on several occasions when travelling. The case handily allows for the buds to be charged from empty to full about 3 times. The lid of the case folds up and allows full and easy access to remove and replace your buds and when closed is relatively slim and slides into your jeans pocket nicely without feeling overly bulky. The Buds 4 Pro are lightweight and fit very well into my ear and when running and exercising, they remain firmly in place. Provided otherwise are two other sized silicone ear bud ear inserts. The buds have a nice stem which act as your controls with tapping, holding or dragging your finger over them. It did take a little while to get used to but with practice and use the controls are 2nd nature now. In addition you can nod or shake your head to answer or dismiss calls or setup for other functionality. To get the most out of your Buds 4 Pro, you do need to use your Samsung S26 series phone, however you can still benefit from a lot of core functionality with earlier models also. The phone controls and functionality allows you to alter the sound type as well as equaliser settings. There is even a mode which can automatically adjust the sound so that speech is recognised and played clearly and this has been invaluable on flights when the flight attendant talks to you and so you don’t need to remove your ear buds. What has really impressed me is the active noise cancelling (ANC) and you can set different levels of what will be cancelled. What is great is that you can set the volume level of music at a comfortable level and from your quiet flat, walk outside and you don’t have to increase the volume to compensate for being outside and the same applies then when walking on to the noisy London underground. When flying on a plane the ANC is just as effective such that you do not need to increase the volume to hear your music or watch your video. ANC however could be better as there is still some background noise which can be heard especially on the London underground and on the plane, which whilst not distracting, does not give you full isolated sound for your musi

Solid Earbuds!

Buds 4 Pro, good, but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro and for the last couple of weeks have been using them a lot, mainly whilst out walking, and also for watching videos on my phone. Firstly, they look and feel very premium, I love the use of metal, rather than plastic, it makes them feel a more quality product than cheaper plastic earbuds. Connecting then to my phone was easy peasy, I had been using a much older pair of ear buds and these are a lot better. The noise cancelling is okay, but I have heard better noise cancelling, I think it is to do with the fact that I could not get a full seal in my ear with the tips provided, it’s great that Samsung supply 3 different sizes, but the small were too small, the medium were a little loose and the large are way too big, so I went with the medium. Even so, I can definitely tell when the noise cancelling is on, a lot of background I cancelled out, especially when out walking and there is road noise. I was impressed with the sound quality, music sounded really punchy, with good bass, and I listened to audio books and podcasts and voices were nice and clear, these are a definite improvement over my previous pair. Battery life is great, and I like that the case can provide a couple of full charges as well, so if I’m away for few days I would not need to take the charging cable. The app on the phone is great, I have a Samsung galaxy phone, and can control ambient noise etc, and also bass, and other equalizer settings, I don’t know how this would be for non Samsung phone users. Overall these are a good pair of earbuds, my only complaint would be that I would like better noise cancelling, this may well be achieved by supplying a wider range of ear tips, both foam and silicon to cater for all ear sizes.
