Neat and easy to use
If you want to connect your recent tablet, PC or even iPhone or Android phone (as long as they’ve got a USB-C socket) to a monitor with an HDMI cable this is what you need. It’s small and neat and works a treat. If you want to use it with a phone or tablet this has a USB-C power socket so you can keep it powered at the same time.

Great bit of kit
Bought this about a month ago as had nothing to watch with my tv. Plugged into my Samsung s24 ultra and streamed through DEX system and it was fantastic and seamless with no hiccups atol I would recommend. Could be used for so much more but worked for what I needed it for

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and so far it’s been great! My only criticism is that I wish the cable were a tad longer so I have a little bit more freedom in terms of laptop placement, but all in all, it’s doing the job and it’s doing it well. Possibly a bit spenny for the product, but it’s good quality so likely worth the money!

Adapter not work for me
I got this as a great idea to view videos on my television from my mobile/tablet. Despite many attempts - i was not successful. Advice i read did say it 'could' work - but did not for me, and since i could not use it - it was sadly returned. Despite the disappointment, Argos has been good to me with their service.

Hi Joe! The Belkin AVC002 is compatible with mobile devices and laptops that have a video-enabled USB-C port. It has also been tested to work with Thunderbolt 3 port-compatible devices. And it has not been tested to work with steam decks. Thus, we cannot guarantee that it will work with steam decks without issues.
This product does not work with my Samsung chromebook. After connecting monitor HDMI cable to the device and device USB C cable to chromebook, display appears the in the monitor. But the moment chromebook usb c charger cable is plugged into the device monitor display stopped and chromebook display start flickering.
