Compact and easy to use
This is a much lighter and compact model than the Dyson we had previously. It's easy to manoeuvre and carry around. The car cleaning set is a perk, although not yet used. Having the nozzle with a retractable brush would've been better. However, overall I'm pleased with its performance so far.

Lightweight and not too noisy
Really excellent hoover, wanted an upright which was lightweight and not too noisy and this ticks the boxes. Great suction, leaves nice tracks even in an older carpet. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is it’s not so great with sideways suction against the skirting boards but that’s the only negative I’ve found.

Great for picking up pet hairs
I got this hoover to replace another well known cyclinder hoover I brought in November 2025 that stopped working. This hoover took minutes to put together. Easy to follow instructions Made quick work of picking up dog hairs on deep pile carpets and rugs. The option to change the suction power from hard wood floors to carpet was easy as it’s a button. The only downside is where to put the cord when not in use, can only loop it I wouldn’t say it’s a loud noise either much the same as any other hoover

Great hoover
Great value for money. Had a cordless hoover of another brand before this and the suction was rubbish. This is so much better. You can't beat a corded hoover for suction. Good long lead and bonus car cleaning tools too. Can't wait to give them a go.

Game changer!
Bought last week and really happy so far. Picks up way more than my shark ever did. My only gripe is the cord could be longer but it does such a great job that I’ll put up with that!

Light, powerful, easy to use- a great buy.
I was a little uncertain, as my old vacuum was rated at 1500 watts, would this compare? But I am pleasantly surprised by its pick up ability, the cyclone 'suction' is very good and deals with cat hairs very well. It's smaller and lighter, and much more manouevrable than the old and comes with a huge variety of tools. (haven't tried the car cleaning accessories yet) And drawing just 3.6 amps, I can now also plug it in anywhere (I don't have a ring main). I also like the way the hand accessory just unplugs straight from the handle and is ready to go. Happily it's also quieter too, so my nervy cat is much more relaxed about it. Criticisms? Using as a hand-held, while I can reach the on/off switch from the handle on the dust box, it's a bit of a stretch- raising it a cm or so would make a big difference. I like to stow the power lead in a figure-of-eight to eliminate tangling- but the crevice nozzle stowage makes it tricky. Hard to find fault at all, so, 9.8 out of 10.
