Hello Dad, The supplier has advised for the Pure Cotton 200TC White Fitted Sheet - Kingsize: Please note the following in relation to our process route for the said product.
Bleaching is carried out in fabric form during the initial stage of fabric processing.
Easy care finish application is done in fabric form at a later stage of processing, after bleaching is completed.
Accordingly, the fabric is bleached first, followed by application of the easy-care finish at the final stage.

That is correct it can fit matresses up to 28cm. 28cm for a mattress is quite deep that's around 11 inches. 7 to 15 inches is average according to Google although you can get thicker. I'm about to but 1 that's 26cm(roughly 10inches) thick and that's thick enough for me.
