Poor runtime
I bought this a month ago and have found the runtime isn’t very long. You have to charge the vacuum for 2-5 hours for it to only last 20 minutes maximum.When it is running it is a good product

Good alot quieter
Very happy with this we had the grey hand held one when we first bought our very first shark upright hoover. Used that a lot but it was very nosy and didn't pick up much but this is better a lot quieter picks up ok. Wish it run a bit longer tho.

Great purchase
Got this on offer. The 2 tools work well and allow to get up to the ceiling for cobwebs etc. Also small enough to get into nooks and kranies. Only thing might be the battery life, but it has been a short time since purchase so can't be sure.

Poor run time
Bought to hoover up start cat hairs from my sofa and to make it easier keeping the car tidy. It picks up fine but the runtime/charge isn’t that great for the price I paid for the appliance.

As I have bought many car vacuums and I’ve never had one as good as the shark ultra cyclone pro classic it has a great suction and easy to use and gets inside all the little corners I would highly recommend this to any car owner.

Just what I needed!
I bought this last week because I recently bought a bug-a-salt (if you know, you know) anyways, this little hoover works well, easy to charge and I’m very happy with it 😀

I love the power on this handheld....
I love this little handheld hoover, I noticed the new updated one in Argos and got it for myself. I hadn't noticed it was just the colour change and they were exactly the same. That was fine with me, I passed my old one on and kept the new. I have always loved my little hoover for quick wipe ups, I would recommend this to anyone. I would like longer thin nozzle which would be great if Shark want to add to it.

Disappointing
Previous handhelds I have had came with a stand so I was a bit disappointed to find that one at this price point did not. Also the suction is not as food as I have had from previous cheaper makes. Those are still working but were donated by me to kids off to uni. I thought I would treat myself to a premium brand but wish I hadn't bothered and had gone with my cheaper trusty version that had 2 speeds, better suction and a stand.
