Bad software update
Good build quality but don't do any software updates or the headphones produces an annoying crackling sound all the time

Definitely worth the purchase
Good sound quality. Feels comfortable on my head even when wearing hats, portable, long battery life. The list goes on, the only draw back is price but considering students get 20%, for some price may not even be that big of an issue.

Nice but no cigar!
Overall sound is acceptable, clear, crisp and well balanced. Very light weight and compact in size with the feature to fold in speakers. This feature sometimes make you feel like you could break them. Outside touch controls a little bit difficult to navigate. Sometimes the pad touch controls reverse back to default mode. For some reason am at a lost as to why when taking calls on a bus, the listener can only here fuzzy distortions, I can here them ok đ¤ˇđ˝ Someone from JBL CS please help đą

Great audio and usability
Having had these now for a few weeks I can say Iâm very impressed with the audio quality. Noise cancelling is adequate in most situations and performs well on train journeys and flights to silence the usual engine/wind/rail/aircon noises but due to their design (and partly my ear shape) they can let in some noise when moving about which can be distracting when watching a film or listening to music. The accompanying mobile app also does a nice job of customising the sound/frequency ranges for your hearing to make the listening experience even more enjoyable. In terms of call quality theyâre very clear and ambient aware makes sure youâre still aware of surroundings if out walking. The JBL Live 670NC are also very easy to use and the touch control on one side makes answering calls simple, if youâre standing on a train with your arm up careful not to lean on your arm with the right ear or youâll hang up/pause/play random things, (this is also adjustable as to what the touch control does within app settings).

Great features and perfect fit
I've been using these headphones for around 6 weeks now. Whilst the ear parts are small they fit my ears quite well but I suspect a lot would find these far too small. They are good quality headphones for indoor use only but unlike earbuds they do not noise cancel wind and very loud noises. The touch element is good but very sensitive so be careful. I found myself moving my hair and accidentally skipping a song. Pairing is via Bluetooth which again was fairly straightforward. The sound quality is excellent. I have several JBL products and they never ever fail on sound quality which is ultimately what I want for a pair of headphones. If you are looking for a pair of headphones that are a reasonable price and gives you some of the elements of top tier headphones such as the touch function, noise cancelling etc. then these are for you!

Above avg everyday headphones but not for the GYM!
So time in the gym and the buds that I used just needed replacing as they just don't stay put. These looked the ideal pair to do so, and on first inspection they seem like they will fit the bill perfectly. Straight into the setup and the first thing I like is that the app has a feature Personi-Fi, which basically allows you to tune the headphones to your own personal hearing range, which for me made a big difference, so with that in mind I put them too work. So the the first issue for me is that they are on-ear and not over-ear, and when being used in the gym which is pumping out it's own muzak, even with the noise cancelling on, they don't completely block out the external sounds and noises, so this meant I had to raise the volume to be able to hear anything with clarity, which meant that it was at an uncomfortable level. The other issue is the Auto Play & Pause feature that you can switch off, as the slightest adjustment of the headphones makes them think that you have taken them off and pauses the feed you are listening too, which is rather annoying if it happens several times whilst doing an exercise. Also, even though they look and feel well built the pads do seem a bit on the harsh side and the GRIP is quite tight so I can't imagine wearing them for any extended period of time. As for the button control on the headphones, not a fan of these either as they are small and fiddly to operate and half the time I just kept pressing the wrong one Don't get me wrong, the sound quality is excellent hence the star score, it's just too many little things that make me want to say thanks but no thanks!

Great sound from good all-round headphones
These headphones are brilliant. I wanted something for music and for podcasts primarily, although I do use headphones for TV watching and for audio books. This set fitted the bill for all of them. Battery life is excellent and charging was fast. The sound was great and the noise cancellation is simply fabulous. I love the way just voices and no background could be heard on TV programmes. Much better than I anticipated. I would have liked the buttons to be more prominent as I have a little trouble operating them while wearing them but this is a minor complaint as I expect I will get used to it. I'd recommend these to anyone looking for a good all-round set of headphones.

nice ear phones
I have been testing these headphones for a couple months I have found some pro and cons of these headphones vs others of similar value. Firstly, I would like to say I was pleasantly surprised that within the packaging the only bit of single use plastic waste was a small stick circle, as someone who is conscious about this I was very happy. another pro i found the noise canceling ample I was at the side of a busy main road and could barely hear a thing. down sides i do not rate the app and I found I was able to get better customiation through amazon music, I also feel that the sound isnt as full of life as I would personally like and I dont feel they are louad enough for myself. very good but I would expect more at the price point
