Compact
Bought this for my daughters very small lawn. Her lawn was bare in places with lumpy grassy mounds. It took 2 charges of battery to finish it. The mower kept cutting out so I was a big worried that it wasn't up to the job in hand. So I guess if your lawn is in a poor and bumpy state then I don't think this mower is for you.

It cuts well but a bit tricky to manoeuvre
Our lawn is pretty small so its a good size for us however its a bit tricky to manoeuvre. I tend to turn it off move it and restart it. Cuts nicely and collects the cuttings well. Really easy to change the cut height which is a good feature for our brand new lawn.

Great wee mower!
Only used once but very happy with this mower; its lightweight, very easy to use and cut my front and back lawns easily on one charge. Took me 5 mins to do front without having to avoid a cord constantly.

Easy mowing.
I bought this cordless lawnmower a few days ago and used it yesterday and was really pleased with it’s performance. Loved that it is cordless and that I didn’t have the hassle of wire to bother with. It made the job so much easier. I found it easy to assemble. I charged it fully before use and the battery lasted long enough to mow my medium sized lawn. I didn’t need to use a strimmer as it cut right up to edges. I am used to a hover mover so initially it took me a bit to get used to the rigidity of this mower but after using for a short while, I soon got the hang of it. The grass collection box is a good size and easy to detach and empty. Well pleased I bought it and wished I had purchased one sooner. I have always bought Flynn lawnmowers and hope this lasts as long as my previous mowers have.,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest, I was quite sceptical about a battery-powered mower at first. I've always wondered whether they would have enough power and battery life to properly tackle a lawn. After using this Flymo mower, I can happily say I was proven wrong. The best advice I can give is to start your first pass at a higher cutting height and gradually work your way down. Doing this gives the mower a much easier time and leaves a fantastic finish on the grass. Performance-wise, it's surprisingly powerful, cuts evenly, and is lightweight enough to manoeuvre around the garden without any hassle. The grass collection works well, and it's much quieter than a traditional petrol mower. What impressed me most was the battery life. It easily lasted long enough to cut my entire lawn with charge to spare. For anyone with a small to medium-sized garden, the battery capacity is more than adequate for regular maintenance. Pros: Lightweight and easy to push Excellent battery life Quiet operation Good quality cut No petrol, fumes, or extension leads Cons: Very long or overgrown grass is best tackled by starting at a higher cutting setting first Overall: This mower completely changed my opinion of battery-powered lawn mowers. It's easy to use, cuts well, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. For small to medium gardens, it's a fantastic choice and one I'd happily recommend.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Flymo SimpliMow 320 32cm Cordless Wheeled Lawnmower - 18V.
Based on the 30–60mm range with 4 settings, this would usually mean 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, and 60mm.
It is best suited for regular maintenance of small to medium lawns rather than very long or overgrown grass. For overgrown grass it’s best to use a strimmer first, then mow in stages starting on a higher setting.

It does require some strength to pull it up. However, if they are still having difficulty, the battery may have been inserted incorrectly and become jammed, in which case we would recommend returning the product.''
