Great hose, length and compact storage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely 20m long hose on a reel, good capacity and really easy to wind up after use, storage is great and the attachments that came with it help with functionality. I have low water pressure sometimes and definitely feel this hose has helped with that as it doesn’t kink easily like some hosepipes.

If your water butt tap has a compatible thread size, it should be possible to connect the hose reel using the included adapters. However, please note that some water butt taps may have different thread sizes, so compatibility cannot be guaranteed in every case.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for GARDENA 20m Hose Reel Set.
The Gardena Hose Reel Set 20m is designed to reduce kinking. We use an angled hose connection and a reel design intended to keep water flowing smoothly while winding and unwinding. This helps prevent kinks and twisting. It is not 'kink-free' but the design is significantly more kink-resistant than a basic hose thrown on the ground.
