Great for beginners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the breville sense espresso machine for a while now and love it. Gives me that shop experience at home and I really enjoy using it. It was easy to set up from out the box and was able to use straight away. I use it to make hot and iced coffee. It has a built in grinder which can be a bit messy. When grinding it tends to spit coffee out which falls onto the machine, not a major issue but is a waste of coffee. I ended up buying a funnel to try prevent this but it doesn’t really fit correctly due to the shape of the attachment on the machine but it doesn’t help a bit. I feel that the automatic settings dispense more water than I would prefer which makes the coffee a bit watery. I’ve been using a timer on my phone to set for 30 secs as I feel the coffee taste better. It’s just been playing about with the machine to suit my preference. It has a steam wand to create steamed frothy milk, comes with programmable settings for different coffee strengths. It’s easy to clean and comes with a one touch cleaning function and also comes with small cleaning tools which are stored in the tray. I do enjoy using the machine, it produces excellent coffee, easy to use and will save me going out for coffee, it’s easy to use and looks great in my kitchen.

Barista in my kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a straightforward and easy to use coffee machine. No fuss, no unnecessary containers and tubes. Coffee grind can be manually adjusted, and where it can take a few try, it's a great and helpful feature. The process is really easy, coffee machine has enough space to use a larger cup. It also has a function of conscious hot water which is really handy. I like the fact that I can steam/froth the milk to my liking. The coffee comes at perfect temperature and the size of the drink is entirely my choice. Machine is very quiet, and it heats up quickly. All in all it is a great little machine and I very happy with it. It's like having a private coffee shops on my counter top.

Just like a coffee shop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had lots of different coffee machines over the years, but this espresso machine wins. The coffee that comes out of this is the same quality you get from a proper coffee machine in a restaurant. I thought it would be more work than my pods machine but really it’s not that bad. You do have to clean it once a week, however the instructions are clear, so it’s pretty straightforward. It did take me a few tries to find the right beans I like and get the settings right, but once that’s done it’s sorted. And you can make cappuccino and latte too with nice foamy milk to impress your guests.

Perfect espresso machine for coffee lovers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is so easy to use and perfect for coffee lovers! From its sleek appearance to its user friendly functions, everything is well designed and it fits nicely in the kitchen. It’s a fairly compact espresso machine, but still offers it professional functions including adjustable grinder settings and a milk frother. I can now make my perfect cup of coffee at home the exact way I like it! ☕️😍 I’m so impressed and absolutely obsessed with it! It has quickly become my favourite addition to the kitchen!!!

Great coffee machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third bean-to-cup machine. Like any of these machines, there's a bit of a learning curve to make the perfect coffee, like getting the grind settings right, but this is really easy to use and adjust so it didn't waste too much coffee getting right. The machine itself is stylish, looking great on the kitchen surface. The frother has proved really effective on a range of milk types. It's easy to clean too. One negative for some might be the lack of a digital display, but I don't mind that and it's one less electronic component to potentially go wrong! (Incentivised)

Breville coffee machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh Dear , I’ve always wanted a bean to coffee machine as I am a coffee enthusiast with my husband (who works shifts & needs always his caffeine fix) & my boys in their GCSE exams, so I am spending fortune on coffee, I do have a coffee machine that uses capsules & a French press but it is always the idea of having the coffee shop style coffee every morning, so let me start with the machine, I was worried that it would be a complicated machine & difficult to handle, I can reassure you it is a very very easy to use & maintain , I do prefer using premium & specialty coffee beans to get the best taste , the machine is very easy to use, light weight & fits in my kitchen, the taste of the coffee is absolutely incredible, we went for holidays few days & my son was asking me to pack the BARISTA coffee machine with us , that made me happy. An absolute lovely treat for yourself or a gift to anyone who loves the coffee & it is absolutely an amazing investment & great value.

Easy, fun and versatile!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an espresso making enthusiast, the Breville Barista Classic Espresso Machine is one of the best budget friendly barista machines available. The Burr Grinder makes dialling in your coffee beans so easy and has many settings to find the optimal grind setting for all different beans from light to dark roasts. You can grind your bean to two different sizes, which are one cup grind size ( 13.5g ) or two cup grind size ( 18-21g) and this can be changed to your preference also. The water that pulls the espresso shot is perfect and has the perfect Barr pressure for a barista machine. The steam wand is good to steam your milk for all different coffees and takes just around 15-20 seconds to heat your milk to optimal degrees. However the wand it quite short and doesn’t quite reach the drain hole when heating the wand up before using it. The accessories that come with the product are minimalistic, but that is often the case with many barista machines. The portafilter baskets come in a one cup and a two cup size and are one wall and non-pressurised, which makes pulling the perfect shot easy. I would recommend purchasing some better breville accessories such as a spring loaded tamper, the portafilter is also 58mm. PROS: -Fast and easy to pull the perfect shot - Dialling in made easy - Affordable machine with a built in Grinder - Fun to use CONS: - Grinder can be slightly messy when dosing for a two cup size ( would recommend using a dosing funnel ) - Steam wand is slightly to short Overall I would 100% recommend this machine to anyone with this hobby or anyone looking to start as it is easy to use and extremely well priced. It is also extremely versatile as it can be used as good grinder, it has a steam wand for your milk and can be used to pull the espresso shot.

Easy to use, easy to clean - I love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has only just started drinking coffee in the last 6 months, I wasn’t sure whether upgrading from pod machine would make much difference - but I can honestly say I will never go back. The biggest difference is the whole experience. Grinding fresh beans and making coffee from scratch feels more enjoyable, and the flavour is noticeably richer. It is really well designed, the water reservoir is a great size and the machine is surprisingly easily to keep clean. I especially like the little brush that’s included for sweeping any stray ground coffee into the drip tray. I mainly make iced coffee and my partner prefers hot, so he uses the steam wand to froth milk more than me, which is a huge upgrade from our previous machine - the texture it creates is great, much creamier! The controls are super easy to use for someone like me who is new to coffee and overall I am super impressed. It fits neatly onto the worktop and I really love how the coffee aroma spreads through the house.

Great machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent coffee machine! It's easy to use, looks stylish, and makes rich, delicious espresso with a lovely crema. The built-in grinder and steam wand work really well, and cleaning is straightforward. It feels like having a café-quality coffee at home. The beans grinder is a bit loud but overall it's ok. Highly recommended!
