Works well
I bought this two weeks ago. The Scarification tool worked really well on my front lawn which is very mossy due to heavy clay soil. Will swop over the tool the aerator when the ground is a little softer

Does what it says on the box. Great little machine
It performed really well. We were a bit apprehensive but we needn't have been. It was a bit of a faff to 'build' and the instructions could have been clearer. It took more than half an hour to assemble and like all self-assembly projects had it fair share of frustration but we got there in the end. Once assembled it worked really well although the grass collecting box filled quickly and needed frequent emptying. Maybe that's an indication of how good it is.

Really good for removing moss
It's really good at getting the moss out of the lawn. I was impressed how much better it was than my manual use of a short handled spring tine rake (on hands & knees). The only drawback for me, was the emptying of the collection box........as forewarned the collection box soon fills up, but is awkward to clip back on after emptying. My lower back is prone to "going into a massive spasm", and unfortunately using the machine for the first time this Spring on my small lawn caused my lower back to go into spasm. I've now had to "lay up" for 10 days. I will use the machine again in the Autumn, but I will have to be especially careful when removing and re-fitting the collection box .........in all likelihood I will probably have to "go down on my knees" to remove the collection box (which will then entail getting back onto my feet).

Vonhous 1800watt Scarifier,Online Argos purchase
I purchased the Vonhaus 1800watt lawn scarifier and rake .The price and delivery from Argos was second to non. I was unablelift the heavy package and the delivery driver ,obliged and carried it into may requested place. Brilliant . The Vonhaus removes the moss and thatch brilliantly,thats accumulated in my lawn throughout the winter months . As reported elsewhere the 51ltr waste collector box only gets about a1/3 full but I found it easy to push the waste backwards and continue scarifying ,rather than let the removed waste accumulated all over the lawn ,and you would have to rake it all up.Just a very small negative ,But unlike a lawnmower it does not produce any air flow to blow the moss into the collection container..As with all other scarifiers of this type of design. All in all this is a powerful lawn scarifier,thats a bit noisy and powerfull. ,thats very easy to assemble ,albeit not very good instructions .and is solidly manufactured .Spares are also readily available.. Highly recommended seller and Manufacturer. The vonhaus does a fantastic job of removing all of the moss and thatch accumulated in my lawns throughout the winter.As reported elsewhere ,the large 51 ltr waste collector bag ,struggles to get more than 1/3 full but i found it easy enough to push it backwards .It also has a wide width of 38-40cm.Height adjustment is brilliant ,via a multi position single leaver ,that operates on all four wheels simultaniously

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for VonHaus Corded Scarifier and Aerator - 1800W.
Yes, it comes with two separate interchangeable attachments: a scarifying blade and a rake blade. The rake blade provides light aeration and dethatching, while the scarifying blade is for deeper moss and thatch removal.
