Used the brush for the first time today and it was amazing. Had it set to highest setting and the pile started to return immediately. Looking forward to lowering the brush to raise the pile even more. If you are pondering whether to buy or not. Just do it you will not be disappointed

Does a decent job but very loud
As per the title, this brush does a decent job. It refreshes the pile and removes the debris. I have artificial grass with quite a long pile and the weight of the product leaves wheel marks so if you want a perfect looking lawn afterwards you need to finish it off manually with a broom. It’s VERY loud and you need ear defenders when using it - I attempted to contact support regarding this as the sound is high pitched, like something needs greasing, but never got a response, which was disappointing.

Only used once but really impressed. My back artificial grass was so flat and used this once on it and the like has all lifted and it looks more natural now.

Grass pile is no longer flat!
Very happy with the results. I've only really used it to bring the pile back up rather than doing it manually with a broom! I haven't tried it out as a vacuum yet so can't comment really on the suction power. I tend to use my wet/dry garden vac to get up leaves and debris simply because can do it whil ground is damp, and can vac dust,leaves and any other debris on any surface in my garden as we have paving, artificial grass and decking so its just simpler for us to use the wet & dry vac as can be used on any surface and then to use the sweeper to brush and pick the pile up on our artificial grass. Have to say it works great at picking the pile up with very little effort. It is a lot wider that I was expecting but I suppose that makes the area it covers larger and reduces the time it takes. All in all extremely happy with it, grass looks as good as new. We didnt purchase it for vac capabilities just to help bring the pile back up without spending ages and using lots of energy doing so manually! Certainly speeds the job up and with very little effort!
