Nice bracelet but no proper gift box
I bought this bracelet for my granddaughter’s 16th birthday. I had to ask for a gift box as the bracelet was given to me in a small plastic bag. The item is shown on-line as coming in a gift box. They only had ring gift boxes under the counter which I feel is pretty unacceptable given that the bracelet was quite expensive. They should have enough proper gift boxes for the amount and type of jewellery that they stock from this brand. So I’ve taken off one star for this.
