Simple ans effective!!
Recently had a calf strain so needed support during recovery, not sure how effective but dwdo keeps calf tight during exercise and you can't tell it there neither. Definitely would purchase again in the future

Great for shin splints.
I bought this after having had a shin splint for several months to make general activity more bearable and this made such a difference even to something as simple as walking. It did not totally eradicate the pain but it was more bearable than without having it on. It's very comfortable too.
