He's got a metallic finish topped with a smooth fabric shade for a homely, rustic feel. And in keeping with the natural textured look, the cord has a fabric covering.

Shade more green than grey
I'm pleased with it and it is good value for money but I would call the shade slightly more green than grey. I am happy with that as it suits my decor but someone else purchasing might not be. The colour is ambiguous; I asked my sisters what colour it was, without revealing what colour I think it is, and they hesitated but decided on a greenish-grey!

My son bought one of these for us for christmas we liked it so much that we bought another so we have one on each bedside table the bulbs took a bit of time to find the correct ones but got there in the end

Fantastic lamp.
I bought this sometime ago and I’m thrilled to bits with it !! I love foxes, they live in my garden, this fox lamp is beautiful. It’s lovely to look at also nice in a tactile way. It’s quite heavy which makes it very stable and is the perfect size for sitting on my dresser in the kitchen. Really good quality. I’d highly recommend it.

Yes it's just like any other shade its easy to change, but I wouldn't buy a bigger one try and find one roughly the same size shade, as the cute fox and the shade it comes with is well balanced
Thanks but these say 40W and yet the description says 28W. Since posting this, staff in Argos branch told they're not available from Argos and to try elsewhere.
