Good but could be better
I had a more expensive vacuum, overall build and ergonomics were far better than Henry but it failed and couldn't be repaired ( unable to source spare parts). Decided to go cheap and cheerful with Henry. Don't like the hose and attachments, it would cost very little to make them better but, all said, it does the job fine and doesnt cost a fortune.²

Returned for refund
I was absolutely disgusted to find out that the Henry hoover bags are not paper, they are some kind of man made, non-recyclable fabric. A dreadful step backwards. I returned it for a refund and decided to stick with my ancient and slightly broken Dyson. The box was not unpacked, so I've no idea how well it worked.

Henry. You can't beat this hoover. One of the most reliable Hoover's I have ever had. Owned some of the other well known brands and nothing comes close to this one. Reaches in the corners, leaves no dust.,no smell. Only one small thing is carrying it up the stairs its a bit heavy.

Well worth the money and effort
I've recently had 100% wool carpets fitted and was advised to buy a suction only hoover. I purchased a Henry because of the good reviews and excellent price compared to other models. It's performance in suction is amazing, both on carpet and hard floors. No complaints there and I'm pleased with my purchase. I've knocked 1 star off as I find it a bit cumbersome to manoeuvre and tricky to store. I eventually emptied one small fitted hanging wardrobe section of clothes which I didn't need and it's perfect for Henry as it's tall enough to store there complete with attached hose and space for the accessories and spare bags. 👍👍

Strong Suction and Very Sturdy Vacuum Cleaner
Great vacuum cleaner with strong suction. The cord is long enough to clean our whole floor without replugging, which is very convenient. Easy to use and very sturdy. We chose Henry hoping it would last, and so far we’re very happy with it. Because of its shape, it can be hard to find a place to store it.
