I have loaned my camera to my Grandaughter to do her GCSE in photography if she passes in two years she can keep it. If not it comes back. To its owner I am encouraging her towards the former I think she will do ok

Not what I expected
Not great, very hard to use and set up with the internet, and you have to go through the whole process every time, tried to return it, as it was not fit for purpose, but rejected my return because I left a small fingerprint on it, that could of been wiped off, they don’t like returns at Argos. Would definitely not recommend this I’m sure there are far better cameras and ones that are easier to use, and to be honest my iPhone 16 pro, takes a far superior photo

Doesn't work with Speedlite 430ex
I bought it because it says you can use it with all the Speedlite series but, when I set flashes off the camera, the slave mode is not functioning, it doesn't recognise Speedlites.

From the information we have available, regarding the difference between the lens on this Canon EOS 2000D DSLR Camera with 18-55mm IS Lens and the lens on Cat No 888792.
The only difference in the 18-55mm IS Lenses are
Cat No: 8065786 has 3 focal length multiplier and Cat No: 8887892 does not.
Also both cameras have a different model no:
Cat No: 8065786 is Model number: 2728C006AA
Cat No: 8887892 is Model number 2728C009AA

Once you have selected autofocus mode, you can choose the autofocus point. The Canon EOS 2000D offers a 9-point autofocus system, allowing you to select the specific area of the frame that you want to focus on. You then use the arrow keys on the back of the camera to move the autofocus point around.

This has no option to livestream. You can record video, do video snapshots and so on, but they'd need to be pre-recorded. You can't directly transmit or stream the video in real time from the camera.
