About this product
The Mia Mid Sleeper Bed Frame gives your child a raised bed that creates usable space underneath for storage, play or extra furniture. There's a solid frame built from wood and finished in white that fits into most bedroom schemes. The raised design means you can add a desk, shelves or drawers below, keeping the room organised without taking up extra floor space. High protective sides run along the bed to prevent falls during sleep, while a sturdy ladder lets them climb up and down safely. You can fix the ladder on either side to suit your room layout.
Playful heart cut-outs and bevelled edges add detail to the frame without overwhelming the design. The bed includes wooden slats that support the mattress, maximum depth sixteen centimetres for safety. It's suitable from age six upwards and tested for adult use too, supporting up to one hundred and twenty kilogrammes. The frame must be fixed to the wall using the included brackets for stability. Arrives flat-packed with clear instructions, two people recommended for assembly. Comes with a two year manufacturer's guarantee.

Great mid sleeper
I bought this a few weeks ago. It was pretty straigh forward to assemble. Nothing was missing or damaged. My daughter loves it. My only gripe was how rickerty it feels. It’s solid and it’s not going to break but it sounds dreadfully squeaky getting in and out of bed and using the ladders. So far it’s been robust enough though!

My daughter loves this bed
Bought this bed for my 3½ year old daughter as she only has a small bedroom so needed something that we can put her toys and stuff underneath and she loves her 'big girl bed'! At first I was unsure whether it would be safe for her as she is short for her age at only 80cm tall and she didn't know how to climb down ladders but after 2 days of having this bed she's a great climber and has this 3 weeks now. It's a sturdy bed which cute love heart and it didn't take my husband long to put it up on his own.

Pretty looking bed, looks fantastic in my daughters bedroom, it's sturdy too. We have put a bed tent on it too so the lower part is like a little hideout/den for her. Fitted a LED strip light underneath so it's all lit up. Fantastic purchase, really happy with it. Assembly Instructions for the bedframe was really easy to follow aswell.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Argos Home Mia Mid Sleeper Bed Frame - White: The 74,6cm measurement is the distance from the floor to the underside of the bed frame. Not to the underside of the slats.
