Details on website said these were suitable for Induction Hobs. When collected I checked the box and it said they were NOT suitable for Induction. Couldn’t take a risk to see if they would work so returned them.

Bought for when we move to a new home soon. Was concerned that the box said not suitable for induction hobs, but apparently they are according to Argos's responses to that question, so surprised that hasn't been rectified. Amazing how heavy they are but will soon get used to that. Very good quality.

Fabulous pan set
Bought a few weeks ago. Love these pans. Lids designed so you can drain the liquid out without losing your contents. Easy to clean. Lid knob doesn't get too hot so you can lift lid comfortably. Non stick is non stick. Would recommend.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat 5 Piece Pan Set - Black.
These pans have Xylan Plus non stick coating which is a combination of different PFAS materials.

If the pans are aluminium which is what is stated then they are not magnetic therefore do not work on an induction hob.

The pans are quite heavy, but not overly so. I am slightly arthritic, but can manage these perfectly. I, too, have a large Tefal frying pan, and I would say the similar pan in this set weighs about the same. I really like the sturdiness of this set; it has lasted really well and, in my opinion, is good quality. Still looks nice too.
The smallest 15cm pan weighs 437g, the largest 21cm weighs 979g if that helps, I find them ok, I wouldn't class them as heavy. Had them over a year now and they're still ok, the coating is a bit scratched on the rim but that's my fault :)

I have a normal oven and gas rings, so unfortunately do not know whether they work with induction hobs.
