Good quality and was a great offer on this cooker. Heating up fast. All working great. Just still can't figure out how to clean top glass š As sometimes soup or other cooking food overflow and it's sticking to to the glass. After is bit hard to wash it off as don't wanna scrub and accidentally scratch it

Disappointed due to the burn off test!
I brought this oven about four weeks ago but only just got to use it due the the burn test taking up to three weeks to get rid of the smell which caused head aches and me feeling sick. It stated it takes up to 45 mins so after a week I was concerned that it was broken I got an engineer to come look at who took it all apart but couldn't find anything wrong with it after he spoke to a colleague he said in rare cases they can take up to three weeks which it did and in that time I had to spend money to feed my children on take out plus throw away my frigde stuff that couldn't be used in the oven so I lost a lot more money, other than that it's a good oven apart from the hobs stain easily and I can't get it off which doesn't look very nice on a brand new oven.

It is only the top oven door that the glass can be removed, to clean.

Having checked the manual I can see there should be two tabs at the top of the door which need to be pressed and you can pull the glass out.
