Perfect Walking Stick
Bought for my 85 year old mum who has back pain & can’t walk far without leaning on something. This stick is perfect! It is so versatile with the height adjustment, comfortable for her hand & very sturdy. My mum loves it & doesn’t go anywhere without it now.

Helps get the hip moving!
I bought this a few weeks ago to help with hip osteoarthritis mobility issues. I find getting up from a seated position I can't bear weight on the poorly hip initially. I use the stick to help me rise and get the hip moving for a few steps. It has made a difference and relieved the pain. The stick itself is well made and the three feet grip the floor well so no fear of the stick slipping when weight is put on it.
