Excellent clean very pleased
Arrived quickly, easy to assemble. I was concerned as some people had said it was heavy but I found it easy to use and manoeuvre. It's heavier than a vacuum cleaner but not so heavy it's hard to use. The carpets look amazing I was really surprised at the difference. We haven't cleaned them since we moved in so the stairs took a second go as the dried streaky the first time. After the second shampoo they look like new. Very pleased with this product 😀

Simple to use
Easier to use than I thought. It was easy to set up the attachments and pretty straightforward to clean/rinse. I managed to clean most of my rugs and my sofa before the weather turned cold. I still need to do the carpet on the stairs. A lot of dirt came out of my rugs even though we don’t wear shoes indoors. The trigger did get stuck a few times and was spraying water everywhere so I had to pull it out and the shampoo does run out very quickly. Otherwise very pleased and can’t wait to clean again in spring.

Only used once but this is the second Vax carpet cleaner we have owned. Works great with a good cleaning action not leaving the carpet to wet, it was a nice day and the carpet was dry quickly. Going to use on our son’s newly purchased house soon which will be more of a challenge

Great machine - so good in fact my cleaner went home and told her Mum how good it was and now she has one. Made an historic stain simply disappear. Looking forward to seeing what it does to the lounge soft furnishings. Free steamer too made short work of tiled floors.
