This Miami Extending Table brings flexibility to family mealtimes and gatherings. The oak-effect finish adds warmth to your dining space, while the scratch-resistant surface stands up to daily use and busy family life. It seats four people day to day, then extends to fit six when friends come round or you need extra room at the table. Oak extending table
I bought this in a hurry . It is ok for the price. It took hours to assemble. If you move it, lift it up as tgd legs coukd easily break. However once it was assembled, with its hundreds of screws, it was pretty stable. The colour is bland light oak not honey oak colour

The supplier has confirmed the length of the Argos Home Miami Extending 4 - 6 Seater Table - Oak Effect when extended is 160cm. Two chairs of 55cm each will fit when the table is extended.

"The top panel of Miami Table is made of laminated chipboard so water should not get into the core of the board." So no, it should not leave ring marks or water marks.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Miami Extending 4 - 6 Seater Table - Oak Effect: Table top material is scratch and moisture resistant. Heat resistance is limited this is why for very hot dishes it is recommended to use coasters.

So if like me and you attached the clasps incorrectly, this is the way it should be. 2 clasps on one of the main table tops and 2 hook parts on the other table top. So the top can be secured when not extended. On the insert, 2 clasps on one of the long sides and 2 hook parts on the other long side. Youll be able to secure the table top when extended, just make sure and match the hooks and clasps up correctly. Hope this helps someone!
