The foam-filled cushions and fibre-filled backs are finished in corrected top grain leather, so it is as stylish as it is comfortable.

I bought it as it looked great in the picture , very thin leather and very uncomfortable can't lay on it.wish I hadn't bought it waste of money.ive had it three weeks and I wish I could send it back.

Paolo sofa and chair.
We bought the paolo sofa and chair around three weeks ago, the product seems good quality and looks really nice it is firm but comfortable. The delivery process was good we were well informed and the delivery drivers were very helpful, The ordering process was more difficult than it should have been, the products was described as brown on some websites and chocolate on others which was very confusing, the telephone helpline was very poor and you went through various process and eventually been cut off. But now it is here it does match and we are very pleased with it.

We bought this sofa and chair which we unpacked, packed back up and returned it. The leather was ripped on one side and a piece of the frame poking through on the other. There was a dent on one cushion and the overall appearance was of a patchwork quilt as all different shades.Totally cheap and nasty and a waste of money.

Recently purchased the sofa and matching chair I must say it looks fab and such good value for money i ordered the grey colour but it's more of a beige still a lovely colour Was worried about putting it all together but this was simple, just attach the arms via zips and push the backs into the slots Highly recommend

The chair reclines, you just need to pull the "Adjustment Lever" then gently lean back, the chair will
recline and the foot rest will automatically lift up.

The back reclines at the same time that the footrest rises, by pushing against the back of the chair, you can make the back extend further & the foot rest raise higher.

If you’ve had it less than 30 days…
We’ll happily return or exchange the item. If the item is faulty, you’ll get the choice of a repair, replacement or refund.
If you had it delivered… and your item is faulty or damaged by us (during the delivery process), and you return the full order, we’ll refund the delivery charge, if you paid one, as well as the item cost.
If you’ve had it for more than 30 days…up to 12 months
We’ll assess what’s wrong and then, if possible, we may arrange for it to be repaired
If it’s faulty, we’ll fix it, replace it or give you all or some of your money back depending on how long the product might reasonably be expected to last. But after 6 months we might need you to prove that it was faulty at the time when you bought it, collected it or had it delivered.

I have checked for you There are round plastic feet under the frame of metal mechanism.
To protect the floor properly, we propose customer use floor protector such as felt pads to protect sofa and hard flooring surfaces from scratches, dents and dings.
