Microwave great, oven failed to heat anything
Unfortunately the fan oven failed to heat food. Even after 20 minutes of pre-heating, then 45 minutes on 200 degrees, chicken fillets were stone cold in the middle and barely warm on the outside. Took 30 mins to barely warm a pizza. The microwave feature worked fine, but as I was unsure if this was a failure of the product or the general design, I sent it back for a refund.

You would use the rack to cook a pizza when you use the oven in conventional mode, never in microwave mode
