It provided a shadow for my dog
I bought this and have used it twice on Brighton and Hove's pebbly beaches. Contrary to the reviews, I found it very easy to assemble, pack away and return to its outer bag. The instructions are attached to the inside of this outer bag. The shelter does provide shade from the sun but the inside doesn't keep things cool. It does, though, cast a cool shadow. The reason I haven't given this 5 stars is because I've yet to see how long it lasts, how many uses I get from it. If I got four uses, I'd be fairly happy. £5 per day for a day of UV shade on an otherwise unsheltered beach seems fair enough to me. I hope it lasts that long or, of course, longer.

Easy to put up and filled the pockets with sand. Lost one of the pegs in the dry sand so will not bother with pegs again as the sand pockets worked ok.
