I have checked the User Manual for this Scoville 24cm Aluminium Stock Pot and would advise that this cookware is indeed suitable for use on all hob types including induction.

It should not damage the pot as long as you are careful with what you are using
I have the new version which has all metal handles on the pot and lid so can be used in the oven

This is a stock pot which is intended for use on the hob and is not oven safe.
If you wanted one to go in the oven, you will require a casserole dish.
