Having previously bought one of these, a second was a no brainer for extra outside storage over winter. Easy to put together, just take care with fitting lids to ensure full insertion on `hinges`. Other than that a level surface ensures proper closure. Reecommended.

not as good as hoped
Bought this to put recycling in, but once built it was too small. Pretty easy to assemble, just clic in, but very cheap. Lids are very difficult to open as it is just slots in and just plastic joints. I was intending to take back as no use, however as it clicks in there is no way to dismantle the sides without breaking it. I suggest you check carefully before buying. I rang customer service and they told me to take to shop as it was, and they may refund me. Couldn't be bothered taking all the way if I couldn't get refund in the end. I suggest to go to a shop where you can see one made, wont be using and cant dismantle. Having to put in the loft now, out of the way.

I bought one of these last summer and it stood up to all weather's and so I bought another. One holds folding chairs x7 and 2 small tables. The other stores parasols x3 and loads of room left. Love this. So much more sturdier than the keters that I've bought in the past.

The Strata 322L Garden Storage Box does not come with a lock but a small padlock could easily be fitted to the lid if required as there is an indentation and two holes made for the job.

Since these types of garden storage boxes come in sections that you clip together, they are not fully sealed like typerware! There are going to be tiny gaps, so there is always the chance for little insects to get in, as well as the odd bit of rain or moisture depending on if you keep them outside or in a garage or shed. The reality is, storing anything outside, or in a garage or shed, you are likely to find spiders and insects. Remember spider are GOOD insects and eat the bad 1s like flies.

These are advertised as WEATHERPROOF NOT WATERPROOF! This means they are RESISTANT to the elements and give protection in light showers, but DO NOT guarantee to keep out all water in heavy rain or to protect against damp. These types of garden storage boxes come in sections that you clip together, they are not fully sealed! There are going to be tiny gaps, so there is always the chance of some rain or moisture in heavy rain! So best to store cushions indoors so they do not get damp or mouldy.

Plastic, but don't know what specific type. Fairly flimsy and bendable. Slots together very easily. Too soon to comment on durability and water-tight qualities. It does the job on my balcony and have put heavy duty tape over the join in the base. Rather 0ver-priced.
