The Barista Express allows you to grind the beans right before extraction, and its interchangeable filters and a choice of automatic or manual operation ensure authentic cafe style results in no time at all.
The 250g built-in conical burr grinder grinds coffee beans on-demand to deliver the right amount of freshly ground coffee into the portafilter. Adjustable grind settings and dosage control is simple and intuitive, giving you control over the grind size no matter what type of bean you're grinding.
The Barista Express has PID temperature control, maintaining the water temperature within plus/minus 1 degree celsius. Assuring the nuanced flavour notes of the bean are perfectly balanced. The milk steamer textures the milk to a velvety mouthfeel creating silky microfoam capable of poring latte art.

Great espresso, looks smart.
This was a replacement for our broken bean-to-cup coffee machine, and it gets a lot more out of the beans than the previous one! Looks great, easy to use day to day, though changing the espresso volume settings is a bit awkward - but manageable.

Fantastic, great features, easy to use, great tasting coffee
I bought this about a month ago, having recently become interested in barista style coffee and wanting to gain skills in making a decent cuppa at home. This machine works well with the coffee beans I use and gets me excited every time I use it. I would highly recommend this machine for anyone wanting to have barista quality coffee in their own home for a price I feel is very reasonable and reflective of the high quality of the product

This is a beautifully made machine that is easy to use, but difficult to master! Fortunately there are a number of videos on the Internet that says pretty much the same thing. These have helped me to 'dial in' the machine. Not there yet, but my coffee has come on in leaps and bounds and tastes great. Thanks for making this machine.

Not really that wonderful
My understanding is that this is an entry level machine, which means that purchasers are likely to be novice baristas, but this machine requires quite a lot of specialist knowledge to produce drinkable coffee - so for that reason it's not really fit for purpose. The machine comes with almost no information, other than what the parts are called and how to assemble it. You are very much on your own with YouTube. Once you acquire some knowledge (like how to get the pressure gauge to actually move, not to use old beans and whatever a dual wall thingey is) it does produce a decent coffee, though not consistently enough for my liking. It is a bit of a gamble as to whether you'll get something comparable to a decent high street coffee shop or whether it's more like the truckers cafe on the A11. However, given that I can't actually tell Colombian from Brazilian or Guatemalan from Equadorian it doesn't bother me that much. It just seems like an awful lot of money to pay for a machine which isn't noticeably better than a Nespresso.

Easy to use, makes great coffee
I deliberated a lot between models and brands before opting for this one - I wanted a manual espresso machine and was undecided between integrated or separate grinder. This machine is really easy to use, produces delicious coffee in no time, has a small footprint, and looks great in my kitchen. I got a great deal and am very happy with my purchase.

Barista express amazing coffee machine
I brought this for my husbands 40th birthday and he was over the moon, barista express has levelled up our coffee fix and we wouldn’t go back to instant for sure! Takes a bit of working out but the videos are better helpful to get you started up. Brilliant 🤩

Superb bean to cup machine
Excellent bean to cup machine which produces the best tasting coffee. I would say it is as tasty as the best coffee shop version! It takes some patience to get the right settings on it when it first arrives and although there is guidance with the machine, some more detail would be useful.

Having checked the manual I don't think this would work Sanjay as you need to be able to lift the water tank straight up to take to off and put it back in place again. You also need to be able to open the bean hopper and have room to fill from the top. Please see manual below if you would like to check:
