I bought this with the hope that it would be flexible but unfortunately it still has quite rigid edges. Maybe it has to but not completely comfortable for pain relief because of this. Does do what it’s meant to though.

I mainly use these for pain relief for rheumatoid arthritis. I bought my first on in Jan 23. It started to pucker slightly about a month ago. I decided to replace it for safety’s sake. Considering it is in daily use I think it was a good lifespan. I found the first one generally more supple than this replacement, which is quite rigid by comparison if used on my neck. However I think it should hopefully soften with use. It still provides soothing relief but can be slightly uncomfortable at the same time! But I don’t think I could get through the week without it.
