Johnstone's paint
I normally buy Johnstone's paint from a local supplier, as it's sooooo good. However, Argos keeps doing deals on it and I can get the same paint at a reduced price. This is a win-win this!

Lovely colour paint
Nice colour, needed 2-3 coats even on a cream wall and then it still showed through in some areas. Definitely brightened up my hall.

Not the colour shown in tin
I bought duck egg blue Johnstone paint which I already had on the walls I just wanted to refresh things a completely different colour and not by a little bit but by a lot had to mix with white paint 1/2 and 1/3 to get duck egg blue colour this was so dark it was almost a dark green colour. Once mixed to the shade ended was perfect as usual for Johnstone paint.

This will vary depending on the size of your room. To estimate the amount of paint you need in order to cover the walls of a room, add together the length of all the walls and then multiply the number by the height of the room, from floor to ceiling. The number you get is the room's square footage.

Always use soft sponges and cloths to avoid scratching the paintwork. Next, use warm, soapy water (using your mildest cleaning detergent) and a soft sponge to gently clean your walls. Don't oversoak your sponge, as too much liquid could result in water stains being left on your walls.
