Simple easy to use
I bought this months ago and it still works fine, the cat adapted really quick, it has a simple up and down dial and if you set for 1 hour it will go off in 1 hour, many others don't and my cat likes feeding on time! Good size bowls although feedback to manufacturers i do think the bowls should round, when my cat has wet food she has a bit of a struggle with the corners

Good size food trays for a cat or small dog. 99 hour timer is much longer than most other feeders of this type which is useful. Although never tried setting it for that long.

Great to feed on time
I have 4 cats so I wanted them to open at the same time which they do! This gives me peace of mind as I have 2 manual dial type feeders and they sometimes open 1-2 hrs apart (I’ve got a cam so I can check) even though set at same time which means my 2 fatties usually eat most of the food and the others are hungry. I’ve recently bought 2 digital feeders so they all get chance to eat! Could be improved by adding an ice pack compartment (in summer I will freeze the cat food before hand to combat this). Also, the flap that covers the timer could do with a clip to firmly close as my cat pawed it open and stood on the timer and changed the time. He also pawed the bowl out to look for more food so the second time using them I used a small piece of cello tape which worked a treat. You have to count the hours to set the time of feeding, so if it’s 12pm and you want to feed them at 5pm you click 5hrs, you cannot just set at the time you want similar to an alarm clock. Takes 4 AA batteries which seems a lot but the good thing is it tells you when they are running out which also gives peace of mind. Although could make some improvements I’m still happy with my purchases.

Reliable Feeder
Bought this to replace same feeder which got wet and I thought I'd ruined the electronics. Have always found easy to use and cats can't break into it like other feeders I've had. I now have two as a few days later after drying out the old one works again so would definately recommend 🙂

Basic Useful & Effective
This is a simple device but does the job. Only for dry food. Things I would like to see. I better construction for the price its fairly basic. The lid could make a noise when it opens. Otherwise its sturdy when placed on the floor and my cat does not seem to be able to get inside not just yet. The lids however have been scratched easily.

As this pet feeder is not recommended for use with wet food, neither could it be used for water.
Also your dog could need water before the allotted meal time.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: This feeder works as a timer that will count back, so you have to set that timer every time you refill the feeder.
If you are looking for a feeder that remembers the times, the 5 Meal Feeder would be recommended.

Although it says its not suitable for wet food I did use it for wet food food although that was in winter .It worked perfectly.
