Great assistant at home
I love the quality and it’s easy to set up. Simple screw driver needed. Easy to move around the house. The music is not too loud and not too soft. Helps to keep your baby in sight when you are busy in the kitchen or cleaning up.

Great swing but straps are causing marks on neck & face
Bought this for my babygirl and she likes to sit in there while i manage the household or when we look a contrast cards the reason I can only give 3 stars though is that the straps are not cushioned and leaves marks in her face or on her neck when she Looks to one side for longer so I wish whoever designed it would've used strap protectors like car seat have

Great on paper, issues after a couple of months.
bought this for our newborn and couldn't be happier initially. the aesthetics, the features, the overall feel was a great match for us. however in about 2 months we noticed a major issue with the core feature: the swinging amplitude dropped to about 40% of what it was initially. besides that, the swing is not level and swings more to the right – both in battery and wired modes. we did not ever overload it, drop it or done anything extreme to it. a quick internet search revealed several other reviews mentioning these issues. my guess is it's the somewhat flimsy construction specifically when moving the swing around the house (which is i believe an intended use case) – you have to be careful where you grab it otherwise the rather delicately balanced mechanism can be thrown off just by its own weight. i wish there was a straightforward way to fix it but i don't see one and am left rather disappointed.

Great features. Unusual music choices. 9/10.
Abso love this swing. Live that it is battery powered but can also be plugged in. And if baby falls asleep she can be lay down instead of sat up. Music is a bit unusual as they don’t seem to be well known lullabies. Straps could be a little softer for baby.

Good but...
We got it at our local baby store and we are pleased with it. It works well and looks neat. The only issue I have is the mobile. It's off to the side and the toys are boring and you can't really add anything to it. If there was a bar mobile that went across the rocker I'd be happy to buy it. That way the toys are right in front of the baby and not off to the side.
